sebab tu SOP tu duduk kat atas sekali. since this is my blog, aku lah blog owner, aku la reviewer dan akulah approver.
Plus, dalam SOP dah cakap, neglect the unnecessary. meaning, segala huruf besar dan kechil, kesalahan tatabahasa yang tidak keterlaluan perlulah diabaikan, sebab dah termaktub dalam SOP.
Inilah gunanya SOP.
